I have worked on numerous projects in the mining, mineral processing, oil refining, rail and infrastructure projects in all phases of projects.

I have also been active in developing and delivering Project Controls and Estimating training.

Yazeed Adbelhadi

Yazeed is a chartered civil and cost engineer with over 15 years of experience in planning and project controls, forensic delay analysis and project management in the construction and engineering industries, across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Yazeed holds multiple qualifications including a BSc in Civil Engineering, MSc in Project Management and PGDip in International Arbitration.

He has over 15 years of experience. Yazeed is also a Chartered Professional Engineer in “Project Management” and “Leadership and Management” and is certified as “Project Management Professional” and “Planning and Scheduling Professional”. He is fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of AACE International, PMI and the Society of Construction Law Australia.

Yazeed Currently leads the forensic planning and claims teams with an international consulting firm assisting clients and contractors in developing their claims and assisting judges by acting as an independent expert witness.

Frank is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Cost Professional (CCP). He has a BSc in Civil Engineering and is graduated with first-class honours from the University of Melbourne in the MEng (Civil with business).

He has over 8 years of professional experience gained in mining and infrastructure projects in Peru and Argentina, performing as a project engineer, project controls, planning and cost engineer.

Keith is an experienced Project Controls Leader, who is passionate about project controls and the people who he works with.

An established project controls community facilitator within the industry, he loves bringing people together who share similar interests across the variety of industries to collaborate, share knowledge and stories. Keith loves the investigative nature of project controls and the many challenges of working with complexity in large projects.

Keith has worked across a number of industries and countries in various project management, time and cost management roles all which has given him a unique holistic view of projects. Keith also has assisting in setting up of the National Community of Practice for Project Controls at AIPM and is a member of AIPM, PMI, ACES, RES, Guild of Project Controls.

Paul E Harris is the director of Eastwood Harris Pty Ltd since 1993 providing programme and project management consulting to companies in the area of the establishing project controls systems.

This has included evaluation, selection and implementation of programme and project controls software, training and the running of programme and project controls systems with a strong emphasis on the integration of Oracle Primavera Inc and Microsoft Project software into corporate programme and project management systems.

Paul E Harris is the author of dozens books on project management software including Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft project and Elecosoft (Asta) Powerproject and is a Certified Cost Engineer.

Alberto Sanchez

Alberto has more than 25 years of experience in planning and project controls in the infrastructure, oil and gas, chemical and utility sectors. He has been involved in major capital projects in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Central Asia and Latin America in the private and public sector.

Alberto is a civil engineer and earned master’s degrees in logistics and operations and energy studies from the University of Wollongong and Murdoch University, Australia. Alberto has spoken and written extensively on the topics of decision and risk management, front-end planning, project assurance and modular construction in international conferences and universities.

He is currently the Group Head of Planning of a multinational construction and infrastructure company and NSW/ACT Subcommittee Chair of AACE International.

Alan Crow

Allan is a founding partner and Director of Allied Projects located in Perth, Australia providing project management consultancy services to clients in the Infrastructure, Transport, Mining and Oil & Gas industries. He holds the position of Principle Project Services Manager.

He has extensive international business experience as a project services manager, project controls manager, senior project manager, commercial manager and previously that of a power systems protection engineering manager. His experience is backed with an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School.

Allan has operated at both the department functional level and individual project level simultaneously and is accustomed to high value, complex business solutions, design, implementation, construction, commissioning and final hand over including D&C, EPC and EPCM form of contracts.

Allan has served as project controls manager on several iconic transport and mining projects in Western Australia. His speciality includes initial project setup across a variety of project delivery software tools, systems interface management, engineering and construction contract administration and bespoke training on the principles of project controls as applied within the mining industry.
